PAYMENT SCHEDULE
To start a Shopify theme design project: 35% deposit is due at booking to reserve your project date. 40% payment is due at the project start date. 25% balance is due at the project end date. All payments are in USD. I accept Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal. Final deliverables are released once full payment has been received.
HOW CAN I PREPARE?
To get started on your Shopify store, you’ll need a Shopify account with a plan and a basic free theme to build from. You’ll also want to have an idea of your brand’s aesthetic, including colors and any “do’s and don’ts,” and either a logo or branding assets — or we can add a branding package. If you don’t have a logo yet, we can use your business name in a clean, simple font. Additionally, please gather any basic content for your pages, such as text, images, or videos. From there, we’ll collaborate on a mood board to refine your visual direction and begin strategy meetings to align on your goals, timeline, and store structure.
Shopify Plan and domain name are not included. Expect to budget around $348/year for Shopify Basic and $14/year for a domain name.
I’ll get to know you, your goals, and what success looks like—diving into your audience, goals, and style preferences. Together we’ll outline your core pages and set a clear direction.
Using our discovery insights, I’ll create concepts where colors, typography, and layout ideas take shape. We’ll review and revise to ensure your vision is coming together perfectly.
Once approved, I'll start building the theme in Shopify. Your site will be responsive, scalable, and tailored for a smooth user experience.
After thorough testing, your site will go live! I’ll provide 30 days of post-launch technical support so everything runs seamlessly and basic training to manage your site seamlessly.
